About Draft Brothers

Draft-Brothers GmbH is an urban distillery from Winterthur. Samuel Rommel and Beni Erb, both trained vintners, founded the company in 2015 and are dedicated to producing gin, vodka, fruit brandies and liqueurs. Since November 2019, the company's own distillery has been located on the Zeughaus site at Zeughausstrasse 52 in Winterthur, where a shop with opening hours for customer service is also operated. All gins are made by hand with organic ethanol and refined with selected herbs and spices. For the varietal fruit brandies, small quantities of fully ripe, hand-picked fruit are used; wherever possible, the company relies on organic products. Distribution takes place via the company's own online shop with shipping within Switzerland, by bicycle courier in the Winterthur region, as well as through direct sales on site. In addition, the distillery offers tours, tastings and its own customer bottlings. Variants such as the Dry GIN, the Holzfass GIN or seasonal editions such as the Primavera GIN complement the range, as does a vodka with double distillation, double cold filtration and its own filter system with silver granulate.
