dreher bio gmbh, headquartered in Wangen im Allgäu-Schauwies, has been trading in organically produced agricultural raw materials since 2004 and supplies customers in the region and throughout Europe. The product range comprises more than 170 organically produced products: organic grain for mills and flake production, organic seeds for the bakery and food industry, organic oilseeds, plant oils from virgin to refined, processed specialty products such as organic gluten and organic starch, as well as proteins and press cakes for the food and feed industry. At the Wangen-Schauwies site, the company operates its own organic oil mill (brand Ölmühle Oberschwaben) with six presses, in which up to 10,000 tonnes of oilseeds are processed annually, as well as a silo facility with 3,000 tonnes capacity and 12 working cells of 500 tonnes each, a cleaning line for baking seeds and a hulling plant for sunflower kernels. In addition to trading, the company offers contract processing (storage, hulling, pressing, filling) and cultivation planning. More than 60 percent of the processed goods are certified organic association goods; organic certification is carried out by Austria Bio Garantie GmbH.
