About dreher bio
dreher bio gmbh, headquartered in Wangen-Schauwies (Wangen im Allgäu), is a purely organic company for agricultural raw materials with its own oil mill. The product range comprises more than 170 organically produced products: organic cereals, oilseeds, seeds, pulses, sugar, edible oils from virgin to refined, press cakes and processed specialty products such as gluten, starch and flakes. At the Ölmühle Oberschwaben, up to 10,000 tonnes of oilseeds are processed annually using six presses; organic protein flours with 30 to 50 percent protein content are produced from press cakes using an in-house milling system. In addition to trading, the company offers contract processing: cleaning and storage, hulling of sunflower seeds, contract pressing from 1 tonne, food-grade oil filtration and filling into bottles up to IBCs of 1,000 kg. Around 35 employees supply the food, cosmetics, baby food and animal feed industries as well as the organic food trade in the region and across Europe.

Purchasing, storage, pressing, intermediate storage and filling are carried out under monitored quality management; analyses for pesticides, heavy metals, GMOs, mycotoxins and other parameters are commissioned from accredited laboratories. The share of certified association goods is over 60 percent.
