About DRS Group
DRS Group specializes in remediating hail, production and transport damage to vehicles on an industrial scale. Acting on behalf of automotive manufacturers, insurers and dealer associations, the service teams remove dents without repainting (PDR), repair glass, wheels, plastic and leather parts as well as body components, and perform spot repair, partial and full repainting. The foundation is a modular high-performance platform that enables mobile and stationary repair centers with multi-tier repair lines to be set up worldwide at very short notice; capacity extends to up to 30,000 vehicles per major damage project. Operations are managed via proprietary damage management software that documents workflows, quality results and damage records per vehicle. The Group was founded in 2006 by Danny Ralf Stepputis and has handled over 100 major damage events involving more than 500,000 vehicles in 21 countries. The network includes, alongside the German site in Düsseldorf, subsidiaries in Hamburg, Isenbüttel and Lehre, Switzerland, France, the USA, Mexico and Australia.
