Founded as a retail trading company (HRA 9371) in Bamberg, Pödeldorfer Straße 2a, in the former coal warehouse of the company Albert Johannes.
- 1992
Move to the new industrial estate 'Fürstenwiesenweg', new building at Rodezstraße 6, Bamberg.
- 1996/1997
1st expansion: acquisition of land for an additional warehouse and enlargement of the main building.
- 1999
Conversion to a GmbH (HRB 3972, Bamberg Local Court) on 11.11.1999.
- 2003
2nd expansion: building conversion and enlargement for the newly founded Kärcher Center.
- 2012/2013
