Drytech Berlin GmbH is a regional licensed partner of Drytech Deutschland, specialising in the waterproofing of components in contact with the ground. The company offers both preventive waterproofing for new buildings according to the white tank construction principle using the Drytech system and remedial waterproofing for existing buildings using injection methods. Its range of services includes horizontal barriers through the injection of reactive resin into masonry, crack and joint grouting, grid injections with gel veils using high-pressure injection, negative waterproofing from the inside, and curtain injections. The Drytech system has been in use since 2004; since 2008 the company has carried out renovations and new builds exclusively with this system. The Drytech brand has existed since 1968 and waterproofs structures of all types and construction methods — from single-family homes to skyscrapers. The team in Berlin combines more than 50 years of experience in the field of waterproofing and regularly takes part in further training. The company guarantees the watertightness of the work carried out and offers individual solutions rather than standard solutions.

Methods and Active Agents
High-Pressure Injection
Grid-pattern drilling of the masonry and introduction of a gel veil using the high-pressure injection method, which permanently seals all pores and defects.
Reactive Resin
Used for the horizontal barrier by injection into the masonry, creating a barrier against rising moisture.
Drytech Injection Method
Watertightly seals working, expansion and connection joints under pressure and grouts cracks in masonry or concrete in a force-fit or structural manner.
White Tank in the Drytech System
Complete solution for the preventive waterproofing of construction projects in new builds; retrofit installation is also possible.
