DS-Arvotech AG is a trading and service company with core competencies in weighing and measuring technology as well as hydraulic workshop equipment. Founded in 1984 in Stadel in the Zurich Unterland (until 2018 DS-Technik Handels AG), the company distributes and supports market-leading brands such as OHAUS, RAVAS, TAMTRON, COMPAC, KERN, METTLER TOLEDO and BAXTRAN GIROPES. The portfolio includes laboratory, platform, counting and mobile weighing systems (among others integrated into forklifts and pallet trucks), automated access points as well as jacks, workshop cranes, wheel fitting equipment, transmission jacks and workshop presses up to 100 tonnes. This is complemented by consulting, project support, commissioning, training, maintenance contracts, calibration (verification) assistance, test protocols for CE/ISO certifications, repair service, a service center for COMPAC workshop products as well as rental scales. Customers come from freight forwarding, recycling, production, bakeries, the food and pharmaceutical industries as well as logistics, workshops, agriculture and forestry; the delivery area is Switzerland.

Founding of DS-Technik Handels AG by Willi Demuth and Walter Schmocker in Stadel; product range: COMPAC jacks and workshop presses as well as vehicle seats from KAB and SEARS
