DS Schüttguttechnik GmbH, based in Troisdorf and Siegburg, has specialized in process and packaging technology for bulk solids for more than 40 years. The company designs, manufactures and services bagging machines (open-mouth-bag systems, gross weighing bagging scales, FFS machines), net weighers, receiving and load-out scales, robot and gantry palletizing systems, stretch wrappers as well as big-bag filling and discharge stations. The portfolio is complemented by pneumatic conveying systems, dosing and discharge systems, vibration tables, samplers and magnetic systems. Production is carried out in mild steel and stainless steel versions, optionally in FDA-compliant, hygienic or ATEX-compliant design. The systems are used mainly in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, the food industry, the milling and animal feed industry as well as the building materials industry. The company also carries CHROTEC products as well as components of the SCHLÖSSER GmbH in its portfolio and offers service for third-party products such as CHRONOS, NATRONAG or GREIF-VELOX.

Load-out scales are verifiable for calibration in accordance with OIML R 107 (accuracy class ≥ 0.2 = ± 0.1 % max. capacity); net weighers achieve a dosing accuracy of ± 15 g (Sigma).
