About DSB Säurebau
DSB Säurebau GmbH, headquartered in Königswinter, specialises in acid-resistant construction and corrosion protection. The company manufactures and applies chemically resistant coating and sealing systems based on epoxy resin, polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy-novolac vinyl ester resin, including conductive (ESD), crack-bridging and anti-slip systems as well as building-authority-approved sealing systems with DIBt approval. The portfolio also includes industrial floors and synthetic resin flow screeds, ceramic linings with acid-resistant bricks and tiles (Didier SF), thermoplastic linings (Stellaplast concrete protection panels, double-walled pump sumps), rubber lining of metal and concrete containers, as well as concrete repair and joint sealing. DSB has been developing its own coating systems for floors in commercial kitchens for over 30 years. Execution is carried out by more than 120 of the company's own experienced fitters in Germany and internationally, complemented by consulting and engineering from planning through to handover. Fields of application include chemicals, petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals, sulphuric acid production, phosphoric acid and fertilisers, ore processing, metalworking, electronics, paper and pulp, energy, waste and recycling, construction as well as food and large-scale catering. In addition to its headquarters in Königswinter, the company operates the subsidiary DSB Säurebau Leuna GmbH in Leuna and a branch office in Leonding, Austria.

Epoxy resin
Basis for industrial floors, kitchen coatings, aquarium linings and DIBt-approved self-levelling coatings such as Stellapox SV.
Vinyl ester
Basis of the crack-bridging sealing layers Stellagen ASP, UF and UAS with glass fibre or fabric reinforcement.

Quality & Approvals
Numerous coating and sealing systems hold general building-authority approvals (AbP) from the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) and are subject to continuous quality monitoring; the Stellapox kitchen floor has been tested with an LGA test certificate. A TÜV Rheinland certificate under ISO 9001 exists for the Stellagen ASP sealing layer.
