DSD Power Technologies GmbH is a service company in the energy plant construction sector. Its range of services covers the planning and construction of energy plants as general contractor, the maintenance and modernization of existing plants as well as overhaul services for complete plants. In addition, the company implements projects in the field of Power to Heat, retrofits existing plants with environmental technology and carries out fuel switching including the co-combustion of secondary fuels as part of the structural transformation of the energy sector. In the technical part of projects, DSD Power handles the manufacture, delivery and installation of piping systems, reactors, blowers, steel construction as well as EMSR technology including control systems. Reference projects include, among others, a pilot plant for mercury catalysts at Unit Q of the Boxberg power plant as well as work on the steam generator of the Heyden power plant; the company was rated as qualified by ArcelorMittal Eisenhüttenstadt GmbH with the maximum score of 100 points.
