DSG-Canusa is a German manufacturer of heat shrink products and heat shrink machines headquartered in Rheinbach with over 50 years of manufacturing experience. The product portfolio includes single-wall and dual-wall polyolefin heat shrink tubing, including halogen-free, diesel-resistant and flame-retardant variants, adhesive lined tubing systems such as DERAY-SpliceMelt, braided sleeves as well as marker sleeves with corresponding thermal ribbons and printers. At the Rheinbach site, the specialists in the Machine Technology Center (MTC) design and manufacture standard and custom shrink and inspection systems of the DERAY series, including hot air and infrared shrink systems, shrink tunnels, camera-based inspection systems and pneumatic leak testing equipment. Application Engineering develops special sizes and custom solutions and supports customers before, during and after machine introduction, including digital MES integration. Production sites exist in Europe, North America and China; industries served include automotive, e-mobility, electrical & utility, nuclear, communications, aerospace, rail and renewable energy.
