About DTEC Semiconductor
DTEC Semiconductor was founded in Germany in 2017 and operates in two business areas: international sales consulting with a focus on Asian markets, and the development of its own semiconductor technologies. In product development, systems are created from concept through to production-ready devices, which are assembled and tested in Stockach. The flagship is the SONIQ megasonic system for damage-free wafer cleaning, complemented by the SONIQ RF generator series and the patented SolarClean panel cleaning system. The systems clean wafers, MEMS and precision optics with uniform acoustic energy from the wafer center to the edge and minimize particle contamination. The systems are modular in design, easy to maintain and built for continuous operation. For the medical technology sector, the award-winning LifePad® device is also offered.
