DTH-Dichtungstechnik GmbH, headquartered in Hanau, produces and distributes technical seals made of elastomers and high-performance plastics. The product range includes O-rings (25–90 Shore), X-rings, perfluoroelastomer seals (FFKM, including KALREZ®), FEP-encapsulated O-rings, radial shaft seals in numerous designs, V-rings up to approximately 2150 mm shaft diameter, hydraulic and pneumatic seals up to approximately 400 bar, spring-energized PTFE seals with stainless steel spring, backup rings, rubber-metal products as well as punched and custom parts. Materials used include NBR, HNBR, FKM, EPDM, VMQ, FVMQ, PTFE, H-FKM and FFKM, some with KTW-DVGW or FDA approval. In addition, seals are fluorinated or coated (DTH-COAT) and special parts are manufactured according to drawings. Via a seal express service, urgently needed seals are manufactured immediately; more than 150,000 seals and guide elements are available from stock, over 300,000 items available overnight. Neutral direct shipping to customers is available on request. The company is DIN EN ISO 9001 certified and supplies customers in Europe and Asia, particularly from hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical engineering, valve manufacturing, chemicals and food technology.
