About DUDEK-PUMPEN

DUDEK-PUMPEN is an owner-managed company founded in 1927 and based in Hamburg, specializing in the development, production and marketing of external gear pumps. The positive displacement pumps handle low- and high-viscosity media at capacities from a few liters per minute up to 100 cubic meters per hour and differential pressures of 16 bar or 25 bar. The pumps are manufactured in grey cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron and various stainless steels (including Hastelloy); gears and shafts are made of steel or stainless steel. The product range includes heatable versions, hermetically sealed pumps with magnetic coupling, variants for ATEX Zone 1 and 2 as well as pumps for vacuum applications and operating temperatures up to 270 °C. Sales, administration and production are located at the Hamburg site on Schlachthofstraße, with machining of components carried out exclusively in the company's own plant. In addition, the company offers consulting, repair, conversion and spare parts supply, including for decades-old systems. The pumps are used among other things in the fields of bitumen, chemicals, printing inks, oil, palm oil, thermal oil, wax and polymers and are delivered worldwide, including with partners in Poland, Egypt and Singapore.
