About us
Dück Metalldrückerei GmbH was founded in 1939 by Ernst Dück and has been continued since 2005 by Tilo Hecker at the Barsbüttel site in Schleswig-Holstein. The company manufactures rotationally symmetrical hollow bodies such as hoods, caps, housings, casings, funnels, covers, transition pieces, reducers, nozzles, torispherical heads, impellers for fans, filter parts, sieves and lamp accessories by metal spinning in conventional and hydraulic manual operation as well as on CNC machines. Complementary processes are flanging, beading, punching, drilling, thread cutting, turning and milling. Materials processed include steel up to 4.0 mm, stainless steel up to 3.0 mm, brass up to 4.0 mm, aluminium up to 6.0 mm as well as other non-ferrous metals in deep-drawing grades, on request with certificate and trader's certification. The two-person team supports projects from planning through prototype and pre-production run to series production, and also manufactures custom-made products and individual parts for industrial, commercial and private customers throughout Germany.
