Düker GmbH, headquartered in Karlstadt am Main, develops, manufactures and distributes cast iron products for water, wastewater and gas supply as well as industrial applications. The product portfolio comprises shutoff valves such as gate valves, butterfly valves, hydrants and ring piston valves, pressure pipe fittings made of ductile iron, cast iron drainage pipe systems according to DIN EN 877, as well as connection technology and fire protection penetration sealing solutions. In the customer castings business unit (3rd Party Production), individual castings are realized from planning and design through pattern making and mold making to finished production – from small series to large series. The manufacturing processes include hand-molded casting, sand casting, centrifugal casting, spheroidal graphite casting, grey cast iron and silicon casting; materials used include ductile iron, cast iron with lamellar graphite (100 % from recycled scrap iron), silicon cast iron, PE and steel. Corrosion protection is provided by enamelling (etec enamel) or epoxy coating. With STRATE Technologie für Abwasser GmbH in Sarstedt, the group is also active in plant engineering for wastewater technology. Deliveries are made to Germany, Europe and worldwide.
