About Düring Schweißtechnik
For around 40 years, Düring Schweißtechnik GmbH has been developing and manufacturing manual welding guns, robotic welding guns and special welding systems for resistance spot welding. The range of services covers the entire project course from a single source: from planning and cost-benefit analysis through design and engineering to manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, maintenance and spare parts supply. The portfolio includes the standard lines Easy Basic Edition, Power Edition and cable welding guns, the DWR 4.5 robotic welding gun in pneumatic and motorized versions, the Rayflex Alpha laser welding gun developed jointly with Trumpf, modular micro welding systems, individually developed projection welding machines as well as special solutions such as the MSW 1000 gun trolley and the roll seam welding gun. Ready-to-use robotic welding cells are delivered with CE certification. The welding guns are optimized for the requirements of automotive production; customers include OEMs, system suppliers and industrial companies from the automotive, local transport, aerospace and defense sectors. As of 17.08.2026, the company became part of CenterLine Germany GmbH (CenterLine, Windsor, Canada).

Processes and Technologies
Resistance spot welding
Core process for manual welding guns, robotic welding guns and micro welding systems.
Laser welding
With the Rayflex Alpha welding gun developed with Trumpf, welding tasks can be realized that classical resistance welding cannot cover.
Projection welding
Individually developed projection welding machines that can be integrated into automated production lines.
Resistance seam welding
Rotating roller electrodes produce gas-tight weld seams on cylindrical components such as tanks.
Robotic welding cells
Ready-to-use cells with CE certification, tailored to the respective production process.
