About Duetting Technologies
Duetting Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is a company founded in 2020 by Andreas Dütting and based in Greven (North Rhine-Westphalia). The company develops and markets the PRV (Piezoelectrically Actuated High-Precision Valve), a piezo-controlled fine dosing valve for the precise dosing of extremely small gas volumes in vacuum technology. The valve uses the fast response time of piezoelectric actuators combined with a chemically and mechanically resistant seal via sapphire sealing surfaces and meets the requirements of ultra-high vacuum environments (DN40CF flange). The integrated onboard electronics enable self-powered operation via a 0-10 V control signal without external high-voltage amplifiers or piezo controllers; via a BNC interface, the valve can be connected as a plug-and-play solution to common DAQ systems. The dynamic range covers six decades of gas flow at a permissible overpressure of 0.5 bar. Fields of application are surface physics, mass spectrometry and semiconductor research. Distribution is handled worldwide via the distributor AMT. The development is based on the founder's many years of experience in piezo drives, cryogenics and vacuum components, among others at IONTOF Technologies GmbH.
