About Dumeta
Dumeta is a machine builder specialised in welding automation, headquartered in Oldenzaal, the Netherlands, with a German branch in Rheine. The company develops, produces and supplies machines for rotating and positioning workpieces – including welding manipulators, welding turning rolls (Lasrolstellingen), welding columns, pipe rotation systems, idler rollers, clamping devices and control systems. In addition, since 1989 Dumeta has manufactured welded handwheels made of coated steel and stainless steel (RVS316) for industries such as the food and pharmaceutical industries. Its services include consulting, concept development, structural calculations, CAD 3D design, manufacturing and assembly of custom special-purpose machines as well as maintenance, repair, technical support and machine rental (rental/purchase models up to 400 t). As the official distributor of GIROMATIC® and ROT PRO® rotation systems, Dumeta supplies the Benelux region, Germany, Austria, Switzerland as well as Northern and Eastern Europe. The product range covers rotation capacities from 500 kg to 1,200 t and is used, among other applications, in mechanical engineering, boiler and pressure vessel construction, pipeline construction, steel and container construction and shipbuilding. The portfolio is complemented by long-goods cantilever racking systems (GUSTOS) with load capacities up to 42 t.

The welding turning rolls of the D-HGK series are CE-certified; the electronics come from Siemens, Schneider and Delta. Dumeta offers a 3-year warranty on the D-HGK series and has its own service technicians for on-site maintenance, repairs and inspections.
