About the Malzfabrik
The Malzfabrik is part of the former Hansa-Brewery of 1891 in Cologne and has been operated as an event location by the agency DUNCKELFELD GmbH since summer 2013. On 340 m² of total floor space in a light-flooded basement level, an event room (178 m²), catering room (30 m²), terrace (22 m²) as well as a hallway and sanitary area are available. The venue is rented exclusively for business events such as corporate events, readings, show cooking, fashion shows, workshops, exhibitions as well as film and photo productions; private events are excluded. The entire space is always rented as a single unit; double bookings or partial rentals do not take place. The support includes advice on the supporting programme, decoration and catering selection in cooperation with partner companies. The location in Cologne's Agnesviertel district at Krefelder Straße 18a is easily accessible via the A57 and Hansaring as well as by public transport.
