About Dunkermotoren
Dunkermotoren GmbH develops and produces rotary and linear drive solutions with power ratings from 1 to 5,000 watts. The portfolio comprises brushless and brushed DC motors, planetary, worm, bevel and Spirotec gearboxes, linear servo drives, controllers, brakes and encoder systems. On a modular platform, motors, integrated electronics, gearboxes and communication interfaces are combined into application-specific complete drive solutions, also with engineering support and customization for shaft, mounting and housing adaptations. The main customer industries are industrial automation, building automation, medical and laboratory technology, logistics and transportation, agriculture, as well as pump applications and sun-blind drives. Founded in 1950 and headquartered in Bonndorf in the Black Forest, the company is a subsidiary of the American Ametek Group (Advanced Motion Solutions) and operates additional production facilities in Subotica (Serbia) and Taicang (China) as well as a branch office in Mount Prospect, Illinois.
