About DUNMORE
Since 1970, DUNMORE has developed and manufactured coated, laminated and metallized technical films, foils and fabrics in a roll-to-roll process. The services include contract coating (gravure, slot-die, multi-layer, double-sided), contract laminating with up to five layers, vacuum metallizing with aluminum and copper, foil converting (coating and laminating of aluminum, copper and stainless steel foil) as well as perforating of films and composites. Coating thicknesses range from below 1 micron to 50 microns at coating weights of 0.25 to 50 g/m²; aqueous, solvent-based and UV chemistries are processed on substrates such as PET, BOPP, PE, polyimide, fluoropolymers, aramid fabrics and metal foils. Customers come from aerospace, automotive, packaging, photovoltaics, battery technology, medical technology, architecture and the label market. At the European site in Freiburg (Dunmore Europe GmbH), coating and laminating lines with web widths of 0.60 to 2.50 m as well as vacuum metallizing up to 2,450 mm web width are available. All three manufacturing sites are certified to ISO 9001:2015, and products are delivered to more than 25 countries.

The quality management system has been certified to ISO 9001 continuously since 2001; at the Freiburg site, inline quality assurance systems with optical defect detection (6 cameras in transmission and remission), web cleaning and viscosity control are used.
