DUROPLAST-CHEMIE GmbH specializes in customer-specific epoxy resin solutions for industrial manufacturing processes. The company develops and produces resins, hardeners, accelerators, 1K and 2K adhesives, phenoxy resins, prepolymers as well as multipurpose, laminating and casting resins – either as proprietary formulations or as contract manufacturing according to customer specifications, supplied raw materials or recipes. The production facilities cover batch sizes from 60 to 6,000 liters; filled systems are processed in 100 to 1,000 liters. In addition to solvent-free and solvent-containing systems as well as high-viscosity products, the portfolio also includes bio-based epoxy resin systems. Its capabilities include a wide range of filtration options – high-viscosity systems can be filtered and filled at approx. 150 °C –, precise cooling and heating phases, loading and unloading of tank trucks, and filling into all container sizes from small containers to large bulk containers. Customers include the abrasives industry, mould and tool making, electrical laminates, aerospace as well as fiber and composite materials, prepregs, coating, and concrete and coatings.
