About us
DVE Dangelmaier & Villforth Energieanlagenbau GmbH was founded in 1991 by Rolf Dangelmaier and Harald Villforth and has operated as a GmbH since 1998. The company in Süßen offers automation solutions from a single source: from electrical engineering and circuit diagram creation with ePLAN P8, through software programming for common PLC systems, to control cabinet construction in accordance with VDE 0113, EN 60204 and EN 61439. In addition, dve GmbH performs machine and system installation including on-site cabling, commissioning with sensor and actuator testing as well as drive and cycle time optimization, initial and repeat inspections in accordance with DGUV V3, plus service, maintenance and retrofitting. A proprietary stamping-stack software controls the stacking of stator and rotor stacks made of electrical sheet steel for electric motors. More than 30 employees work in their own production and office facilities on projects ranging from one-off units to large-scale series, with installation and commissioning carried out worldwide.

Control cabinets are inspected after production and documented with a measurement protocol; the safety check is documented by means of a safety matrix. Initial and repeat inspections are carried out in accordance with DGUV V3 (BGV A3, VDE 0701/0702, VDE 0113).
