DW Services is a family-owned company based in Manching and a partner for CNC contract manufacturing in the DACH region. It produces precise milled and turned parts to drawing – from prototype through small series to series production – as well as sheet metal parts and assemblies. The range of processes includes CNC turning, CNC milling, laser cutting, bending and edging, 3D printing, welding, as well as anodizing and laser marking. Materials processed include aluminium, steel, stainless steel and engineering plastics. On request, components are delivered with documented quality assurance and measurement reports. Through an online shop with CAD upload, customers can obtain instant quotes for their parts. Customer industries include automotive, energy supply, food and medical. In addition, the company offers CAD/CAM programming, cut-to-size blanks, ERP- and BDE-supported processes, and just-in-time production.
