About Dyckerhoff
Dyckerhoff GmbH, headquartered in Wiesbaden-Amöneburg, is an international manufacturer of cement and ready-mixed concrete and part of the Italian Buzzi Group. In Germany, the company operates seven cement plants and grinding plants (Amöneburg, Deuna, Geseke, Göllheim, Lengerich, Neuss, Neuwied) with a total capacity of around 7.2 million tonnes of cement per year, as well as around 110 ready-mixed concrete plants. The portfolio comprises standard and special cements, white cement (Dyckerhoff WEISS), well cements, microfine cements (MIKRODUR), NANODUR compounds, cut-off wall ready mixes (SOLIDUR), dry mortars, and sand and gravel from its own gravel pits. Customers include building and civil engineering, infrastructure and special civil engineering, the dry mortar industry, and the oil and gas industry. Reference projects include, among others, the Sagrada Família, the Wien Museum, Freiburg Town Hall and Hamburg's HafenCity. The company was founded in 1864 and is researching CO2 capture in cement production together with partners (catch4climate).
