About Dyckerhoff
Dyckerhoff GmbH, headquartered in Wiesbaden, is a construction materials manufacturer founded in 1864 and part of the Buzzi Group. The company produces grey cement and white cement at several cement plants in Germany, including the Amöneburg white cement plant with an annual capacity of 950,000 tonnes and the Neuwied grinding plant with 800,000 tonnes of cement per year. Further cement plants and grinding plants are located in Deuna, Geseke, Göllheim, Lengerich and Neuss. The product portfolio comprises cements to DIN EN 197-1, well cements (Class K) for the oil and gas industry, ready-mixed concrete, plant-fresh mortar, calcium sulphate screeds, aggregates and special products for infrastructure construction and geotechnical engineering such as MIKRODUR ultra-fine cements, NANODUR Compound, MICROFOND high-performance flowing mortar and SOLIDUR cut-off wall binders. Through the Elbe-Spree branch and other locations, Dyckerhoff delivers ready-mixed concrete and mortar directly to the construction site, on request including transport right into the formwork, supported by in-house laboratory and quality assurance services as well as digital services such as the concrete portal, digital delivery note and API interface.

Construction Materials and Binders
White cement Dyckerhoff Weiss CONTACT
White Portland cement to DIN EN 197-1 (internally and externally audited) with a flat particle size distribution and high degree of whiteness for dry mortar, levelling compounds, premium plasters and adhesive mortars.
Well Cement Class K
Special cement for grouting work in the oil and gas industry, supplied to Africa, the Middle East, South America and Eurasia.
RC concrete (concrete with recycled aggregates)
Concrete with recycled aggregates for sustainable construction projects.
UHPC / ultra-high performance concrete
High-strength concrete for demanding structural components in infrastructure and plant engineering.
MIKRODUR ultra-fine cement
Ultra-fine cement with 95 % sieve passage at 16 µm for injections for structural rehabilitation.
MICROFOND high-performance flowing mortar
Factory-mixed dry mortar for semi-rigid surfacings with maximum aggregate size d95 ≤ 0.25 mm and compressive strength ≥ 100 N/mm² after 28 days.
SOLIDUR cut-off wall binders and ready-mixed products
Blast-furnace slag-rich ready-mixed products for cut-off walls in geotechnical engineering with high erosion stability.
Next Base (CSA)
CSA-based binder type from the cement programme.
Aggregates
Aggregates to DIN EN 12620 (concrete), DIN EN 13043 (asphalt) and EN 13139 (mortar) from the company's own gravel pits.
Calcium sulphate screed / flowing screed mortar (ESTRIFLOOR CA)
Screed systems for floor constructions, mixed at the plant and delivered to the construction site.
