About Dynacast Deutschland
Dynacast Deutschland GmbH, headquartered in Bräunlingen, is part of the Form Technologies group, a global network of companies for high-precision metal engineering. The company manufactures high-precision metal components using the die casting process for industries such as the automotive industry and automotive electronics, telecommunications, medical technology, aerospace, consumer goods as well as enterprise technology and data centers. Production takes place on proprietary Multi-Slide machines (A2 and A3 series) and in conventional hot-chamber and cold-chamber die casting using zinc, aluminium and magnesium; in addition, assemblies are assembled and insert parts overmolded using Injected Metal Assembly (IMA). An in-house machine building center in Germany (DMB) develops and builds custom die casting machines for the global network, including the A3 Al SIS Multi-Slide hot-chamber machine for aluminium and the A340 series with 40 tons of clamping force. Quality is assured through in-house toolmaking, APQP planning, daily X-ray porosity inspection and statistical process control (SPC).

Materials & Processes
Zinc
Versatile casting material for small, complex precision components with excellent surface quality.
Aluminium
Lightweight, durable material, cast in the cold-chamber process and, since 2024, on the Multi-Slide hot-chamber machine (A3 Al SIS).
Magnesium
High strength-to-weight ratio; processed by Multi-Slide die casting (A3 MAG SIS) and Thixomolding.
Injected Metal Assembly
Overmolding process for insert parts that, for small zinc components, offers higher strength and efficiency than adhesives.
