Battery Competence Center in Steißlingen
DYNAMIS Batterien GmbH has been active since 2008 as a manufacturer of battery and rechargeable battery assemblies in the field of intelligent energy storage solutions. At its headquarters in Steißlingen, the company produces standardized rechargeable and primary cell packs as well as custom-tailored designs in all common chemical systems, in particular lithium-ion, lithium-polymer, lithium-thionyl chloride, lithium-manganese dioxide, lead-AGM (VRLA) and nickel-metal hydride. A focus is the complete development of hardware and software for customized battery management systems, including coordinated hardware production, with integrated charging circuits, active or passive cell balancing, and communication between the application and the battery pack. In its own development department at the Dettingen site, custom electronics applications are created, from the project phase through to series introduction. Since autumn 2012, DYNAMIS has operated its own test laboratory for tests and measurements according to UN38.3 and IEC62133 as well as further electrical tests for cells and batteries. The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and supplies industries including autonomous robotic systems and controls with long-term buffering.
