About DyneHill

DyneHill GmbH, based in Pforzheim, develops, designs and produces test inks and test pens for determining surface tension as well as related accessories such as replacement felt tips, brush caps, cotton swabs and special cleaners. The products in the standard range from 28 to 72 mN/m are non-toxic and labeling-free under the German Hazardous Substances Ordinance and the CLP Regulation; lower (16–27 mN/m) and higher measuring ranges (76–105 mN/m) are offered on request. The measurement is performed in seconds and without labeling on surfaces made of plastic, glass and metals such as aluminium or steel and serves to check adhesion, cleanliness and pretreatment in painting, bonding, coating, galvanization and printing. The product range includes test pens with line widths from 5 to 60 mm with interchangeable felt tips, test inks in containers from 10 ml as well as the QuickDry pen for testing PE, PP and PB. In addition, the company offers advice on measuring ranges and configurations as well as training on surface tension measurement on site or digitally. For flame treatment systems and automation solutions, there is a partnership with Hill GmbH.
