About DynITEC
DynITEC GmbH, headquartered in Troisdorf, develops and produces initiators and squibs, energetic materials and electronic ignition systems for military systems. The company emerged from Dynamit Nobel GmbH Explosivstoff- und Systemtechnik on 1 October 2002 and is an affiliated company of the Diehl Group. The manufacture of explosive substances at the Troisdorf site has been carried out for more than 125 years. DynITEC offers complete initiation chains and ignition systems with matched individual elements from a single source, since the required energetic materials are developed and manufactured in-house. Using four pilot-scale facilities with reactor cascades, batch reactors and rotor-stator mills, the company covers the entire value chain from chemical synthesis through refinement to prototype and series production. The aim is the long-term, reliable supply of the defence industry in Europe.
