About epple

E. Epple & Co. GmbH is a family-owned company founded in 1938, now in its third generation, headquartered in Herrenberg. The company develops and produces high-performance sealants for flat gaskets as well as seam and groove sealing, industrial adhesives and one- and two-component casting resins based on epoxy and polyurethane. In addition to its standard range with over 1,800 formulations and more than 100 custom developments, epple offers contract manufacturing and contract filling of chemical-technical products and acts as a third-party manufacturer for well-known chemical corporations. Production takes place in Ex-protected halls with equipment such as 3-shaft mixers, dissolvers, planetary mixers and bead mills; batch sizes up to 2 t, processing under vacuum, heating up to 150 °C, cooling or inert gas are possible. Filling is carried out in containers from 5 ml to 1,000 litres, automated at up to 10,000 cartridges per day. Customers come from automotive and mechanical engineering, electronics, chemicals, aerospace, and renewable energies.
