About E&G Kunststofftechnik
E&G Kunststofftechnik is a system supplier for the manufacture of plastic components at its production site in Hörstel-Dreierwalde, North Rhine-Westphalia. On high-performance injection molding machines, products made of thermoset and thermoplastic plastics are produced – either as a complete in-house service or as contract manufacturing according to customer specifications. The service spectrum includes injection molding in small and large series, multi-component technology, as well as the design and manufacture of its own injection molds in the company's own tool and mold making shop. In addition, the company offers repair, maintenance and storage of existing molds, meaning that new mold production costs can be avoided when existing tools are used. Another pillar is the manufacture of plastic trays made of ABS, PE and HDPE as well as laser welding technology, which is used both stationary and mobile on site. Customers come, among others, from medical technology, mechanical engineering, industry, commerce and the trades. All processes from development through tool manufacture to series production are software-supported.
