E. Gräber Diamantwerkzeuge GmbH was founded in 1984 in Stipshausen and is a specialist in tools for turning, milling and drilling. The tools are made from polycrystalline diamond (PCD), cubic boron nitride (CBN) and CVD diamond. The cutting tools are distributed via specialized dealers in Europe and the Far East. The end customers of these dealers include automotive manufacturers such as VW, BMW, Ford and Daimler-Chrysler, automotive suppliers as well as manufacturers in mechanical engineering and machine accessories, and also the aviation industry, the computer industry and medical technology. The company employs 32 people and produces at the two adjacent sites of Stipshausen (headquarters) and Hottenbach.
