About ELF Hallenbau

E.L.F. Hallen- und Maschinenbau GmbH (ELF Hallenbau) is a manufacturer of custom steel halls headquartered in Holzminden. For more than 20 years, the company has been designing, producing and assembling steel halls for agriculture, agricultural trade, equestrian sports, industry, trade, automotive businesses, crafts, logistics, wholesale and municipalities. With over 5,500 halls built, more than half of them for the agricultural sector, around 250 halls per year are produced using 4,000 tonnes of steel. Manufacturing takes place in the company's own production facility in Holzminden using hot-rolled, blasted steel profiles according to DIN EN 10025-2; the steel structure is designed using CAD and manufactured on CNC machining centres. Coating is carried out in an in-house painting facility with electrostatic application of primer and a 2-component acrylate lacquer. In addition to planning services such as verifiable structural analysis and fire protection concepts, ELF also offers turnkey hall construction.
