About E.M.Bayer

E.M.Bayer GmbH & Co. KG, based in Freystadt (Upper Palatinate), has been active in injection molding and mold making since 1953 and has established itself as a strategic supplier of technical plastic parts with a focus on the automotive and electrical industries. The company covers the entire process chain: from tool design at 3D-CAD workstations and the manufacture, sampling, repair and maintenance of injection molds up to a size of 496 x 496 mm through to series production of technical plastic parts in three-shift operation. The machine park comprises 25 horizontal and vertical injection molding machines with clamping forces of 220 to 1,200 kN and shot weights up to 205 g. In addition to standard and 2K injection molding as well as overmolding of metal inserts, assembly of subassemblies and finishing such as painting, pad printing and embossing are offered. Around 200 million parts are produced annually, supplying customers worldwide – primarily from the automotive, electronics, aerospace, mechanical engineering, apparatus engineering and household appliance sectors.
