About E-MAX Aluminium
E-MAX specialises in the casting and extrusion of circular aluminium. From its own foundry in Kerkrade (Netherlands) and seven sites in Belgium and the Netherlands, the company produces aluminium profiles and billets for customers in the construction, transport, automotive, industrial, horticulture and wind energy sectors. The premium product X-ECO consists of 80 to 97 % recycled post-consumer scrap and has a CO2 footprint independently verified by DNV of 2.03 t CO2e per tonne of aluminium – compared with 8.0 t CO2e/t as the European average for primary aluminium. X-ECO 6060 and 6063 have the same mechanical properties as primary aluminium; EPDs are available. Production capacity: 80,000 tonnes per year, supported by its own logistics centre and reusable packaging. Quality is documented and certified according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Customers have a dedicated point of contact from the first draft through to delivery.
