About E. Rihs AG

E. Rihs AG is a Swiss precision manufacturer specializing in stamping, micro stamping and fine blanking. Using modern stamping presses with up to 80 tons of press force, the company produces demanding stamped parts, and with fine blanking machines of up to 100 tons of cutting force it manufactures parts from a wide variety of materials and material thicknesses up to 5 mm. Micro stamping delivers the smallest parts for watches, hearing aids and medical technology. In addition, E. Rihs AG produces injection molded parts weighing 2 to 500 g per piece with clamping forces of up to 100 tons – with high-performance molds for large series and cost-effective molds for small series. The value chain also includes engineering, prototype manufacturing, vibratory finishing as a deburring process, as well as fully and semi-automatic precision assembly into complete assemblies. Customers come from electrical engineering, medical technology, automotive engineering, and the watch and hearing aid industries.
