About E-VITA
E-VITA GmbH, based in Dresden, is a provider of plant technology and processes for the physical, chemical-free disinfection of biological bulk materials. The company manufactures and integrates systems for electron treatment of seeds, with which fungi, bacteria and viruses on cereals, small seeds, animal feed, herbs and spices are killed without chemical treatment agents. The systems of the EV series (EV-140S, EV-260S, EV-500 as well as mobile variants EV-140M and EV-260M) operate with an effective dose of 12 kGy, are available in container design and can be retrofitted into existing seed processing plants. The offer includes renting, buying and leasing of systems from 200 tonnes of treatment volume, remote maintenance via remote connection as well as trials and process development in cooperation with research institutions and state institutes. E-VITA-treated seed has already been applied on more than 2.1 million hectares; customers include Ceravis AG, Agravis-Ost, Geno-Saaten GmbH and the Saatzucht Genossenschaft Düdingen in Switzerland.
