E. Wehrle GmbH, headquartered in Furtwangen in the Black Forest, can look back on a company history dating back to 1842 and today employs around 270 staff across two business fields: flow metering (METERING) and precision plastic parts (PRECISION PLASTICS). In the metering segment, the company develops and manufactures remotely readable metering technology for heat, cooling and hot water to enable transparent consumption monitoring. The PRECISION PLASTICS business unit produces high-quality plastic products with a focus on precision and economic efficiency. Products are manufactured on more than 10,000 m² of production space at the Furtwangen site and distributed worldwide. With the implementation of the revised EU Energy Efficiency Directive (EED), which mandates remotely readable metering devices for heat, cooling and hot water by 2027, Wehrle is positioned as a supplier of the corresponding metering technology. DELTAMESS is part of the Sontex Group.
