E2PS GmbH is a company based in Cologne that designs, manufactures and installs systems and components for the beverage industry. The portfolio comprises five systems of modular equipment: beverage preparation (including E 2 BLEND for dosing and continuous in-line mixing of up to 200,000 liters of homogenized beverage per hour), sugar processing with fourteen modular units such as a continuous sugar dissolver (E 2 SOLV), ion exchange decolorization (E 2 TI), flotation, sand and activated carbon filtration, CIP cleaning systems including a mobile station, water treatment by ultrafiltration, and a microbrewery solution (E 2 BEER) for 30,000 to 1,000,000 liters per month with four vessels. The systems are offered in the EVOLUTION, ONE, ELEMENT and START versions. In addition, there is A-to-Z consulting for new beverage businesses, key engineering, process optimization, real-time process monitoring, and 24h/7d services with installation, training, maintenance, spare parts and retrofitting. Since 2001, more than 4 million liters per hour of beverage processing capacity have been planned and installed, including for DANONE, HEINEKEN, AMBEV, SOLAR and FEMSA.

Dosing and continuous in-line mixing of liquid components for soft drinks, syrups, juices and other liquids according to specified recipes.
Continuous Sugar Dissolving (E 2 SOLV)
Continuous dissolving of sugar into homogeneous liquid sugar with high Brix stability.
Ion Exchange Decolorization (E 2 TI)
Treatment of sugar solutions and water by ion exchange with anionic, cationic or both resins, typically to a color below 35 ICUMSA.
CIP Cleaning (E 2 CIP, E 2 CIPMOB)
Central and mobile CIP stations for cleaning and sanitizing systems and lines with 100% control and traceability in the EVOLUTION version.
