About Eagle Lasers
Eagle Lasers (EAGLE SP z o.o.) is a manufacturer of fiber laser cutting machines for sheet metal processing headquartered in Wałcz, Poland. The portfolio comprises four machine series (iNspire, eVision, eSmart, FlowIN) with laser powers from 2 kW to 40 kW, accelerations up to 6G and cutting tables up to 3 m × 16 m. The machine technology is complemented by modular automation systems for loading/unloading (CraneMaster), storage (eTower, FlowStore), coil feeding and sorting, as well as proprietary process optimization and monitoring software. All machines are manufactured at the Polish site; according to the company's own statements, up to 80% of the components are produced in-house. The machine bodies are made of polymer concrete composite with granite and quartz fill for high vibration damping and thermal stability. The service offering includes installation, commissioning, training, on-site service, remote diagnostics (MyESP, MyERS) and spare parts supply. Sales are handled through own subsidiaries in Germany, Denmark, Italy and the USA as well as through distributors in over 30 countries.

Technologies and Materials
Steel (sheet/plate)
Cutting material for thin to thick sheet at machine powers from 2 kW to 40 kW.
Stainless steel
Processing material with a company statement on automated cutting solutions for thin to medium sheet thicknesses.
Aluminium
Lightweight cutting material, preferred at high accelerations.
Polymer concrete composite (granite/quartz)
Machine bed material with 100 times higher vibration damping and a 10 times lower thermal expansion coefficient than steel.
Carbon fiber (machine traversal)
Lightweight construction technology for high accelerations (6G) in the iNspire and FlowIN series.
