EBLA-GmbH Kunststofftechnik from Appenweier in the Ortenau district (Baden-Württemberg) develops and manufactures components made of glass-fibre reinforced plastic (GRP), acrylic glass (PMMA) and wood. The owner-managed company can look back on more than 40 years of experience with these materials and covers the entire value chain across materials from a single source: design, in-house model and mould making, sampling, testing and series production. In the GRP area, large-format components with precise freeform surfaces are produced; in the acrylic area, cutting, milling, bending, hot forming, bonding and polishing up to large parts and series. Wood model and mould making is performed with 5-axis CNC machining, sealed surfaces and production-ready moulds. Customers include companies from commercial vehicle conversion, motorsport and plastics processing, including VDL Hapro, BICKEL-TEC, Paradiso Production, JK Group and Team Hahn Racing; deliveries range from prototypes to small series from a quantity of 1.
