Eckardt Systems GmbH has been developing and manufacturing systems and equipment for sheet metal forming for over 30 years. The product portfolio includes roller, squeeze-roll and spray oilers for targeted oiling of strip and blanks, resource-saving brush cleaning systems, preservation systems for corrosion protection including immersion bath solutions, extraction and filtration systems for overspray and oil mist, as well as dosing systems for precise lubricant application. The company also supplies oils and lubricants for sheet metal forming and offers the entire value chain from design through production to commissioning, spare parts supply, maintenance and servicing. Instead of standard products, system-specifically configured solutions are implemented for individual processes, among other things with automatic nozzles for graduated application volumes in press shops. The systems are delivered worldwide, with press shops and sheet metal forming as key industries.
