Eckart signplastics GmbH is a family business founded in 1986, now in its second generation, headquartered in Ansbach, Bavaria. The company manufactures laser and engraving materials, including two-layer plastics with ABS, acrylic or polystyrene cores as well as metal materials such as anodized aluminium, stainless steel and brass. In addition to material sales, Eckart offers a custom cutting service with special shapes, drilled holes, 45° bevel and engraving to customer specifications. Manufacturing includes laser engraving, mechanical CNC engraving, and the machining of stencils and shapes made from ABS. The products are used, among other things, in industrial signage, machine marking, stadium signage, fire alarm systems, as well as in design and advertising technology. The company supplies customers in more than 60 countries and produces with its own energy generation from photovoltaics.
