Eckert Verpackungstechnik GmbH, based in Stockelsdorf near Lübeck, develops, designs and manufactures packaging machines and automation solutions for processing paper-based packaging. The product portfolio includes modularly configurable tray erectors that automatically erect corrugated and solid board blanks, usually glued with hot-melt adhesive, compact packers for fully automatic grouping of products and filling of carton packaging, as well as lid applicators for placing and optionally gluing corrugated lid blanks. In addition, the company builds special-purpose machines, for example fully automatic packaging solutions for bathtubs and shower trays in corrugated board.
