eco Kunststoff GmbH & Co. KG is a manufacturing service provider specialized in plastics vacuum forming (thermoforming), headquartered in Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz. The company develops and manufactures sample, prototype and series tools for thermoformed parts made of thermoplastic plastics in its in-house toolmaking shop. Based on CAD/CAM-supported 5-axis CNC technology, tools up to a size of 2500 x 1500 mm are produced from aluminium, cast, Ureol, plastic or casting resin. In addition, eco manufactures floating cutouts, stacking units as well as machining and clamping fixtures. The service chain comprises development, toolmaking, thermoforming, milling work, assembly as well as tool storage, maintenance and individual logistics solutions with a worldwide transport network. Customers come, among others, from the automotive industry, the food industry as well as the blister and packaging industry.
