About Eco Light Biosafety

Eco Light Biosafety specializes in disinfection and decontamination solutions using UV-C radiation (UVGI) for indoor spaces. The core product is the OCTA-UV Multisystem, an integral system consisting of at least three communicating UV-C emitters, used to decontaminate rooms and medical devices. Each decontamination cycle is carried out by three robots to ensure full-area UV-C coverage and avoid the shadowing effect; control is performed via an app. The effectiveness of disinfection is validated using photochromic UVC dosimeters from Intellego Technologies, which display the UV-C dose in mJ/cm² in real time. The company, with its head office, R&D department, training center and production area in Słupsk (Poland) as well as offices in Eschborn and London, serves the hospital sector, the public healthcare sector and commercial customers, offering training, individual device configuration and after-sales support. The starting point was the Eco Light Led brand, founded in 2010 for professional LED lighting systems, from which the UV-C technology emerged in 2018.

Technology and Processes

UV-C

UVGI radiation (200–280 nm)

Germicidal UV-C radiation inactivates viruses, bacteria and fungi by destroying the DNA/RNA structure.

LED

LED lighting technology

Foundation derived from the professional LED lighting system expertise of the Eco Light Led brand.

PHC

Photochromic indicator technology (Intellego)

Dosimeter cards measure the UV-C dose in mJ/cm² for validation of disinfection.
