ecoliGhts SOLARE BELEUCHTUNG GmbH, headquartered in Weißkirchen in Styria, develops, plans and manufactures solar-powered lighting systems and solar power solutions. The product portfolio includes solar street, path and garden lighting (series such as SUNLUX, VIALUX, ECOSTAR, DoubleSol, WOODLIGHT, SOLiS), lighting for bus shelters (LED-rail), solar-powered barrier systems (ecoGate) and photovoltaic off-grid systems consisting of solar modules, batteries, charge controllers and inverters. Manufacturing takes place in-house; luminaires are built in aluminium or with larch wood masts and equipped with LiFePO4, solar gel or solar AGM batteries as well as monocrystalline or crystalline solar cells. Lighting variants can be programmed according to demand; the control system adapts to geographic location and solar irradiation and reduces the light output in the winter months. Customers include municipalities, transport infrastructure, forestry and agriculture, gravel and crushed stone plants, lift and cable car operators, hospitality, industry and public spaces. Through distribution partners, the company is active in Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, France, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Iran and Luxembourg.
