ECONO-PAK GmbH was founded in 1985 and is an owner-managed manufacturer of packaging machines headquartered in Flonheim (Rhineland-Palatinate). The company develops, designs and manufactures customised machines and complete packaging lines for processing carton-based packaging in the food and non-food sector. The portfolio includes carton formers, carton closers, side-load and top-load cartoners, sleever banding machines, case packers and shrink systems; refurbished used machines are also offered. ECONO-PAK supplies turn-key solutions from conception and project planning through engineering and programming to on-site installation, including project management and interface coordination. Manufacturing takes place in-house in Flonheim, among other things with its own metal fabrication including welding. With around 185 employees, the company serves customers worldwide and is represented at trade fairs such as interpack in Düsseldorf and PackExpo in Chicago.
